Here are some questions to think about when considering a telephone system. You need to identify what your business telecoms needs are.
How many staff need a telephone/Internet connection on their desk?
How many external lines are needed for phones (usual ratio: one external to three-to-five internal lines) and for Internet/external e-mail usage?
